How many locations can I connect with the same account?

This depends on your active subscription plan:

  • Premium Single: Designed for 1 location (1 concurrent login).
  • Premium Max: Designed for multi-room venues or chains (Up to 5 concurrent logins).
Does the subscription exempt me from copyright management fees?

No. Your subscription covers the technical delivery and expert curation of the streams. Business owners remain responsible for obtaining a “Public Performance License” from local bodies.

My account is disabled/I am unable to login. Why?

This is usually caused by two scenarios: 1) Your yearly subscription has expired and needs renewal, or 2) You have reached your concurrent session limit. You can use the “Logout All Other Devices” button in your dashboard to reset your active sessions.

What is the “Ultra Sound” benefit?

By registering for Premium, you unlock the high-definition Opus stream without any ads or interruptions. Opus provides superior quality over standard MP3, sounding identical to a studio master even at lower internet speeds. It is the perfect choice for high-end audio systems.
