NUVIO PREMIUM SERVICES
Nuvio Radio provides high-definition audio streaming services via internet connection. These services are intended for personal or business use at the premises of the entity you represent. You may access Nuvio Premium Services through our official web player using your registered account (including Google Authentication). High-speed internet access and the hardware required to maintain the stream are your sole responsibility.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE
We may modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Nuvio Radio platform after such notification constitutes your unconditional agreement to the amended terms.
REGISTERED USER OBLIGATIONS & AUTHENTICATION
To access Premium streams, you must register an account or sign in via Google. You agree to provide accurate and current information. Nuvio Radio uses secure Google OAuth for authentication; you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or violate our security protocols.
SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & CONCURRENT LOGINS
Nuvio Radio offers two premium tiers with strict session management:
- Premium Single: Allows one (1) active streaming session at any given time. A second login attempt will automatically terminate (logout) the first logged in session with the same account.
- Premium Max: Allows up to five (5) concurrent active streaming sessions. A sixth login attempt will automatically terminate (logout) the oldest logged in session with the same account.
Attempting to bypass these technical limits via script or proxy is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.
CHARGES, PAYMENTS & RENEWALS
Subscriptions are billed on a yearly (365-day) cycle. Payments are handled via WooCommerce and our integrated payment gateways (Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay).
Manual Extension: Subscriptions do not automatically “rebill” your card. To maintain service, users must manually purchase an extension. Adding a new plan to an active account will extend the expiration date by exactly 365 days from the current end-date (Stacking).
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You shall not:
(i) reverse engineer the streaming proxy;
(ii) share your login credentials to bypass the session limits;
(iii) use Nuvio Radio for illegal broadcasting or rebroadcasting without written consent;
(iv) attempt to scrape or “rip” the Opus audio streams to local storage.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PUBLIC PERFORMANCE
Nuvio Radio provides the technical stream and curated content. Any business user utilizing Nuvio Radio in a commercial or public space is exclusively responsible for paying public performance royalties to their local competent bodies. Nuvio Radio does not provide a “Public Performance License” unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS & SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Our streams utilize the Opus codec for high efficiency. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Nuvio Radio makes no warranty that services will be uninterrupted. We utilize technologies like Nginx X-Accel technology, Redis caching and Cloudflare to ensure stability, but we are not liable for outages caused by your ISP, mobile carrier, or third-party infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nuvio Radio’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you for the active subscription period. We are not liable for incidental damages, loss of business, or computer failure resulting from the use of our streaming proxy or web player.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for:
(i) detected fraud;
(ii) abuse of the session limiters;
(iii) use of the service for illegal purposes.
You may terminate your account at any time via the “My Account” dashboard.
