1. Google Authentication (OAuth)
When you choose to login via Google, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture URL. This data is used solely to create your local Nuvio account and manage your premium subscription access. We do not access your Google Drive, Contacts, or any other private Google data.
2. Subscription and Payment Data
Through Paid Memberships Pro and WooCommerce, we process data related to your subscription level (Premium Single or Premium Max). Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; Nuvio Radio does not store your full credit card details on our local servers.
3. Website Traffic Monitoring
We use Google Analytics (GA) to track user activity. GA records data such as geographical location, device type, web browser, and operating system. While GA records your IP address, Google does not grant us access to identify you personally through this data.
4. Streaming & Session Logs
To enforce the concurrent login limits of our “Premium Single” (1 session) and “Premium Max” (5 sessions) plans, our server logs active session tokens. These are used strictly for security and to prevent account sharing.
About Cookies
We use cookies to improve your experience. Session Cookies are used to keep you logged into the radio player as you navigate the site. Persistent Cookies are used to remember your station preferences. If you disable cookies, you will not be able to access Premium streams as the authentication system requires a valid session cookie.
Data Retention and Deletion
You can check, correct, or delete your data at any time through your “My Account” dashboard. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email below.
Data Breaches
